The only reason this place is getting a 1 star it’s because of their service department since I bought my brand new Rav 4 in 2023 .I have been having issues with the servicing of my vehicle now bare in mind I pay for my vehicle to be serviced religiously every 6 months as required now on two occasions 1 happening in 2024 a notification came on my vehicle dashboard to state that my engine needed oil.I paid for servicing of my vehicle two months prior,I had to call the servicing team letting them know what was happening,I end... read more
Only ever go there for things under warranty. Though, I still end up with charge$ every time despite that fact. Some great staff. But lots of misinformation. At least now the interior of my car reeks of gasoline.
Anyone looking to buy a used or new car should make their way to the Toyota dealership on Baker Dr. in Dartmouth and talk to Kaitlyn. She is second to none. All requests and questions were answered fast and professionally. Well done Kaitlyn!! Thank you very much!
