Be very careful buying from O’Regan’s Green Light. Atleast from here. Before purchase, my mechanic found my car’s brake pads and rotors were below 4mm. They said mechanic lying and want to make money. The dealer said it’s 9mm and told me the brakes were new. Four months later, Canadian Tire found the exact same issue — all rotors and pads still below 4mm. I asked them to fix rotors and pads they didnot. Brutal.. I've put thousands of dollars into the vehicle I purchased from Hyundai less than a year ago. They also threw in some BALD WINTER TIRES when I purchased the vehicle.( I did not know they were bald when the vehicle was purchased because the winter tires were wrapped up) Once these people have your money they will do nothing to help you. Extremely scummy dealership and employees.
Previously was 5 Stars saying Just awesome staff and dealership to deal with. But now, they dont seem to answer phone calls, return phone calls, have no tech available for emergency issues, quality has shifted and is noticeable.
I recently visited this Hyundai dealership for a warranty inspection just one day before my warranty expired. Anand was very helpful and kept my vehicle for the day to complete the inspection, which I appreciated. I also had my front grille replaced under warranty, and I really appreciate that. Anand helped me a lot with that process and made it smooth. However, I had mentioned a noise coming from the car when driving over speed bumps. After picking up my vehicle, the noise was still there.
