Terrible service.. wait time to have vehicle looked at after being towed there was quoted 10-15 business days.If the issue was covered under warranty you would have a rental car but not until they check it out would you know that. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t do anything. Having vehicle towed to Steele Hyundai where they can look at in next week! We are done with Hyundai!
First time i ever purchased a car without going in the dealership. Started by sending and talking to 3 different salespeople at 3 different NS dealerships. I clearly detailed to all 3 the exact same requests and requirements.
