Great for dealing with to buy buy ends there. They didn't fix what they where sappose to before pickup and now have avoided it for 2 months. With nothing but will book a time and call you later to have to call again and get the same run around.
I dealt with a salesperson named Tian Gao, and I don’t think I’ve ever encountered someone so rude. I was looking at a Mercedes they had for sale, and during the test drive I found pieces of thick glass throughout the cabin, including in the center console. I also noticed the back seats appeared stained or water-damaged. When I asked the salesperson whether the moonroof might have been broken at some point and if water could have entered the cabin, he responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Nick Crowell was wonderful to deal with, he provided great information with videos and text . He was so good to deal with that we didn't purchase a vehicle from him and I still want to give him 5 stars and I rarely give 5 stars. Well earned Nick and I hope to do buisness with you in the future.
