My username on Facebook is abaybaby. You don't have to like me but I have lived next to this property for 11 years! As a matter of fact, i was looking at this property when I found my home. The first tenants were disastrous! I got rats because they didn't dispose of their community provided trash. My dogs killed 6 rats before the end of that. They moved that year never had a problem until now. Message them... not fixed. I am sick of this. Will call County next.
I thought it was going to be scary moving out of my parents' house for the first time, and working on minimum wage, of course, I had my concerns. However, all of my concerns were quickly washed away whenever I moved in. This place is perfect for first timers, it's easy to maintain, very affordable, and they are very willing to accommodate your needs. Downsizing arrived much to my regrets, but Orecchio Properties had the perfect solution. My apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a combined living-dining room, kitchen, bath, plus laundry room and garage all on ground level. Who could ask for anything more? The trustworthy and friendly personal respons to my maintenance requests in a timely fashion. In fact, on one weekend my refrigerator "died" and it was replaced in a few hours. That's good service! I strongly recommend Orecchio Properties for your residence.
