Good landlords, when I call in a work order, they take care of it right away.
In my process of moving back home with my boyfriend and getting our first apartment together, Jason was a huge help! The application process was smooth, we had someone from orrechio show us the property prior to applying. We moved in at the end of May and have had nothing but good things to say so far!
