I just wanted to leave this review because these guys deserve it. Erik went above and beyond to help me obtain my Roland VG3-540 and even showed me how to use it. We also ran into a shipping mishap, and they took care of it. I really appreciated the customer service that they gave and how they took care of a problem when it arose. I used Ordway for years when we lived in California previously spending thousands of dollars a year with them. I recently started up my shop again and ordered some materials to get started One of the materials ordered was a clear masking tape I ordered this at the end of June and by the time I needed it it was towards the end of August. Great sign supplies. Very knowledgeable staff. Nice people, don't hesitate to shop here for your sign materials and supplies.
They sold me a Roland printer, than I contacted one of the technicians about doing maintenance and help with my machine, he completely ignored me. Never coming back here again.
