I’ve known Dr Ordonez for about 2 1/2 yrs, and she is an excellent doctor. She cares about her patients and takes the time to discuss their health options and explain to them what is going on. She may take a little longer than your scheduled time to see you, but will take good care of you when she sees you. Well worth the wait.
I sat with her at an appointment for 30 min. I was ignored for 4 month after requesting a neuro specialist. After waiting 5 months I got my referral but it was a seizure specialist I was already seeing for seizures. She sent me an e-mail asking what my symptoms were and that she would call because my spine injury caused nerve damage and a call is easier. That was 2 weeks and still no call. Dr. Ordonez is an excellent physician! She takes the time to help you understand any medical condition you are dealing with and is very compassionate with wanting to help others overcome their illnesses. When my diabetes medication that was prescribed by a previous physician wasn’t effective and gave me side effects, she switched me to something better that has helped me with weight loss and is now very close to reversing it. The best part is that she never called me fat!
