Place is awesome! Great service very helpful! 100% recommend you trying it out.
Great food, no question. But service is very poor. I was told they didn't have milkshakes tonight and then the kid at the front register who told me there weren't any then goes and makes one for someone else. I was a regular guest here. Notice how I said "was".

We love Order Up! The service is always great and food fresh and tastes great!
Never again. Bought a $50 gift card. Only good for one item, burger, fry, drink or cookie per visit. Some guy with a beard and heavily stained shirt is sweeping next to us actually moving the other two chairs at our table. Sandy's banana shake does have bananas, but they were only placed in the cup, not mixed.
