They got acquired by urban piper and System does not work properly. They will not switch us back the platform that does work. Urban piper has a third party call center that Haley speaks English and cannot solve issues. Now they tried connecting to my office printer which is over $1,000 and non stop beeps and prints blank pieces of paper. I cannot get through to anyone over the phone about my issues as their incompetent call center cannot even transfer a call.

Charging unauthorized fee. Did a chargeback and asked them to clarify and provide relevant invoices. They failed to do so, but charged more money next month. Filling chargeback again. Moving away from this crap

Horrible Service. After the new Indian owners took over, their service went to complete trash. They steal money even after you cancelled the subscription. Customer service is horrible. Billing is horrible. I have recently signed up with orders.co, their service is amazing. Customer service is good and don’t steal money.
