No one answers the phone.....EVERY!! I have no idea how you manage property if you can even manage your phones. Not Jody in Dallas and certainly not Diane. Your property at 1819 W Frank in Lufkin is empty. Your renters tried to contact you but you never answered. Their visa were revoked and they had to go back to China. I have the keys and the money to pay the rent, but you wont return my calls...... Diane....check your VM. Jody....You NEED VM on your main line.
If I could give you zero stars I would. Worst receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Perhaps if you care at all about your company you’d find a nicer person to answer the phone and send your current person to the unemployment line. I get she hates roofers and cold callers but it’s still extremely rude the way she acts. What she doesn’t realize is everything was sold cold calling or knocking, even the company she works for.
Property Manager Jodi is very unprofessional.
