Car was fixed quickly and properly for a good price I will go back fo future service
Went to them after multiple people recommended them. They not only did NOT fix the issue, they were rude about it!! The issue started after they installed electrics for a tow hitch. When I tried to explain what the issue was I was interrupted and not given a chance to explain, when we picked the car up we were told it was a faulty battery connector, which they replaced. They had also replaced the battery (which at the time was less than 6 months old), the mechanic stated that Costco batteries are garbage. The issue was not r... read more
Had some dealings with the mechanic. I was not happy with the customer service or knowledge of the issues with the car. Ask lots of questions!
Helpful folk. I phoned here like 10 minutes before closing, asking about selling a used vehicle that was older than the range they prefer to buy. Even though there was never going to be a transaction, they spent several minutes patiently talking to me about where I might find better luck, and shared specialized knowledge about a specific issue the vehicle was having. Thank you.
