Lupe is fantastic! I am a long time loyal customer. I have never been less than amazed by all orders. Delivery is speedy. Customer service is excellent. I am thankful to Lupe for being part of all our birthday, Mother’s Day & all other occasions.
Ordered orchids for my mom. I paid $285 for an arrangement of orange orchids only. What they sent was the common white orchids with cheap plastic fillers instead of live plants. Embarrassing... they were difficult to communicate with and i couldnt get someone on the phone until after several email indicating the order was not received. Unfortunately they were indignant and said "we are talking about flowers here" when I told them they sent white orchids instead of the premium paid orange orchids.
