Had lunch at Orchid yesterday, March 19. Had the grilled beef salad. Quality beef cooked perfectly on a bed of mixed greens with tomatoes, shallots, green onions with an incredibly tasty cilantro-lime dressing. Service was good -- had to wait a few times for water to be filled but, am still ok with the level of service provided.
