The owner, a Thai (I’m guessing on both) was friendly and we chatted a bit. My server was gracious and they have a Filipino cook whom I was introduced to.
My family and I recent moved to the area and have been looking for a good Thai place to eat. After trying a couple others in the area we found the Orchid and decided to try it. The food, service and area were amazing. I’m normally a Pad Thai kind of guy but the Pad Woonsen sounded good and it was. Amazing flavor and good size portions. We had been coming here since 2009 and will sadly not be back. They forgot our reservation and the service was very poor. They made a dish we ordered wrong...didn’t bother sending it back since it took awhile to get our food and we just wanted to get out of there.

Family and I went out for lunch and we all ordered the curry which was amazing however, I ordered the seafood in my curry and got food poisoning.
Daughter got food poisoning from shrimp dish unfortunately! My chicken was fine
We arrived for a late lunch and were seated immediately. Our drinks were refreshing with a zest of lemon. Soup arrived within minutes, hot just the way I like it. Our server took our order for an afternoon treat. This place appears to be very popular, while sipping my soup a trendy crowd of locals started to fill up the indoor dining room.
