Absolutely horrible first-time experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait—with no color chart offered. When I asked about adding a pedicure, the tech said he’d let me know later. My friend showed him the design I wanted, and he flat-out said no, claiming he couldn’t even do a straight line or had gems—no effort to accommodate me at all. I would give 0!stars if I could. I went in yesterday because my appointment was at 10:30. I walked in and Bin asked “what time was your appointment “ I said 10:30. He made a face and had an attitude at first. It seemed like he didn’t wanna do the set. So he said to sit down I sat. As the time goes by , everything was going well.
