I had a good experience while getting my nails done, the lady was very nice, and I loved my nails. Unfortunately for me a day into having my nails done with gel x a nail popped off, and now 5 days in i’m missing 5 nails. My gel pedicure is also starting to chip. I’ve never had this happen to me before. I’m very disappointed since I had really loved the design I got.

I really appreciated how careful and patient the staff was with my mom. Since she has diabetes, we’re always a bit nervous about her getting manicures because any small cut can be a big deal, but the technician was incredibly gentle and took their time to make sure she was safe and comfortable. Even with that extra level of care, the pricing was still really fair and the quality of the work was top-notch—her nails look beautiful and the polish is holding up perfectly. Cold water for the pedicure, cold stones!!, then cold water for my nails to “soak” in before cuticle remover ….. then he pours cold water into foot tub!!! They finish and leave me sitting for 25 minutes with no fans or checking to see if I was dry I finally had to ask if I was dry- they didn’t check just helped me up to pay. I’ll be trying a new place next time.

I went here as a walk-in on a Napa trip day & got a mani & pedi. Kathy did my mani while I was getting my pedi & was very quick & efficient. My mani looked perfect. Erin did my pedi & did a fantastic job. It had been awhile since I'd had a pedicure & he took a good deal of time getting my big toes cleaned. I walk around barefoot a lot, sorry Erin, lol. My toes look so pretty now! Thank you to both Erin, Kathy & another gentleman who gave my daughter a pedicure also, I didn't get his name. I'm saving your info for future Napa... read more
