I had such a great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and really made me feel at ease. The front desk was organized and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The dentist was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Extremely disappointed with the approach to patient care here. After two years as a patient, I arrived on time for my scheduled cleaning only to be told my appointment had been cancelled. Apparently, if you don't respond to their automated text reminder this happens. Rather than trying to accommodate a long-term patient who was standing right in front of them on time, the receptionist was dismissive and rude.
