Very disappointed, used to be good but it seems fast turnover and money are more important than customer care.
I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for many years, and overall, the experience has been great. The dentists are consistently professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, which has kept me coming back. However, my most recent visit left me disappointed. The hygienist was quite rude. went in for a cleaning yesterday, 10mins late which was fine and then another 10min wait at the end for the dentist to come and say no cavities. I had another appt downtown I needed to get to so that’s why I was a little worried about getting to it on time. Then I went to book again in 6 months, even tho for some reason The hygiene tech said I had a good plan and should Book again in four months when my teeth weren’t even bad; in fact, she didn’t even floss after I got my teeth cleaned, which I thought was weird.
