My experience at oasis dental is phenomenal. The staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best parts about them is your not waiting to be seen most times. Oasis dental are highly recommended in my book.
The only issue I had, and this is the reason I gave only 4 stars, was that they never called me to reminde me of the appointment. They said they had received a confirmation about the appointment but that simply didn't happen. Unfortunately this is the second time this problem had happened. It happend with my appointment last winter as well. Otherwise I love the high quality of dental services I receive. This was my first visit. In spite of the negatives reviews, I decided to try them anyway. The staff was friendly. Dr. Spieler was very informative and nice. Disappointed I couldn't get a cleaning due to staff shortage, but I got good service.
Quality, patient-centered care
Dr. Berman filled in last minute after my dentist was ill. She was amazing. I was in panic mode when she arrived & very nervous. Dr. Herman calmed me down & reassured me that everything will be fine. She explained the procedure & what to expect moving forward.
