Receptionists are most times friendly/helpful. Doctor Viger sent out 2 letters in the spring of 2025 stating he is leaving the clinic permanently at the end of August 2025, with NO replacement….living thousands of people without a doctor, including my mother who is fighting a very aggressive cancer, my husband with newly diagnosed heart issues, my nearly 80 year father with many health issues, and myself being disabled.
I had a very positive experience at STEPS Women’s and Sexual Health Clinic - located inside this clinic. Appointments are handled with care and confidentiality, and the clinic clearly values patient education and informed decision-making. I also appreciate the clinic’s focus on providing accessible care within their scope, especially during a time when many people are struggling to access primary and sexual health services.
