This place is a scam! The office workers are unprofessional, they will flat out lie. Calls get ignored and the office workers are RUDE! Half of the time, the dumpster is full, yet they have signs everywhere about fining you if trash is on the ground! The internet is TERRIBLE (when it works)! There is trash and dog waste in almost every yard. Random people walk around outside your windows at night. It is never peaceful, and a little bit creepy at night.
I lived in The Orchard Carrollton for nearly 3 years, I hope you can learn from my mistakes and dont sign a lease! The Orchard may have a nice appearance on the outside but the reality of this highly over-priced student living community is anything but nice. It is an incredibly poorly run apartment complex with the literally the worse internet and cable t.v. available (out of any student community in West Georgia).
