I am so incredibly pleased with the maintenance team specifically Jamal, who came out and really really worked to get my toilet unclogged 😂 he was a pro at making sure I did not feel embarrassed. I’m sure he could see it all over my face, but was so warm and welcoming and efficient and kind that honestly I felt at ease immediately. The entire team in the Orchard Village leasing office has been amazing. From our initial call, through any-and-all moving ‘hiccups’ they have been friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Any time we've had a question or request they've been on top of it immediately. Going above and beyond!!! I had the best experience with Sam and Missy when looking for an apartment at Orchard Village. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process so easy! I absolutely love living here and it is always a positive experience working with the office!! Thank you all for everything you do!!
Orchard village is hands down best complex! Such great people! Misty, always so welcoming and very helpful! Jason and tom are the best maintenance crew EVER! It is because of these 3 people and my neighbors why I’m getting ready to renew for year 5 ps: love all the fun events/games/12days of Christmas and all the fun events that they plan for the community ! Thank you Misty, Jason and Tom you truly make orchard village a 5 star for me and for that I’m forever grateful! 🫂
