I lived here for 2.5 years and loved it here! Maintenance is quick, the pool and dog park are great. The location is also amazing. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, because it really is a great place to live.
I just renewed my lease for the second year and I absolutely love it here! When my husband and I were searching for our first apartment, we couldn’t find anything, until we came to orchard village. Damaron and missy are so welcoming and I’m so grateful to live in this beautiful residence! I can’t wait to be able to upgrade to the magnolia apartments because they are stunning! Thanks again for having us!
They’re so cool here, the maintenance people got my car unstuck & even drove it for me to a better place away from all the ice because I was too afraid to move it myself. I was able to get to where I needed to go thanks to them. Within 30 minutes of me calling they were here to help.
I lived here for about 5 years. Overall it was a good experience and I would live here again. Pros: The maintenance team is top notch. Quick response, friendly, and they listen to your issue. The management team started off rocky but the last 4 years they really improved. They're friendly and seem happy to be there. They run regular events for the community with food and drinks. This is a great place to live! We've been living here for almost 2 years and we are absolutely happy, this apartments have a great location, there are nearby hotels, hospitals, stores, restaurants and also beautiful parks, they have awesome amenities, the staff is so friendly and efficient, the leasing girls are absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful and the maintenance personnel is outstandingly quick attending the requests, I highly recommend Orchard Village ❤️
