I recently visited Orchard Village Apartments and Townhomes after being referred by Brittany from a sister property. I had the opportunity to speak with Sam, who was very personable and professional. I also appreciated being able to drive through the property rather than walk, as it is quite large. Because of the size of the property, the overall experience felt a bit inconsistent. I had a great experience living here. The service was excellent, and the apartment was always well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed.
