OV is finishing up a two week project of resurfacing all the roadways. Residents have been kept up to date on the progress and given lots of notice and reminders to move their cars as necessary. The roadways look wonderful and fresh. I am so impressed by the kind care that is taken of the grounds and homes. During this time, they scheduled a morning visit from a local mobile coffee “truck” and bought coffee drinks for the first 90 people to arrive. I appreciate all the efforts to make this a real community.
Living at Orchard for almost 5-years with my wife and our preschool daughter has been such an awesome experience. Yes, it’s on the pricier side—but let me tell you, you’re absolutely getting what you pay for. The management team (major shoutout to the amazing property manager, Missy) along with the staff and maintenance crew—especially Tom and JP—are just next-level. Wow what a name Orchard village One will have thought being the name is orchard village.. this apartment space will have been FULL of Fruits and vegetables so much so it will be an ORCHARD... it is other than such.... must have ment people over fruittrees... Are you ever hungry??? How delicious is a native natural growing fruit free for a tree.?? 6-22-2025
