Grounds are beautiful and the staff in the office is always super friendly and helpful.
My family and i love living at orchard village! I would recommend this place to any person looking for a luxury apartment living especially families. From maintenance to reception the employees are amazing! Maintenance never goes undone and the grounds are beautifully kept by the grounds keeper. Theres always something to do rather its taking a walk visiting the clubhouse/pool or taking a few minutes to sit and admire the ponds. Dont forget about regulary planned resident events! We have just started the second year of our lease at this apartment complex. At first, everything seemed wonderful,the amenities, the apartment, and the overall living experience. Unfortunately, that changed when we started experiencing repeated sewage backups flooding into the middle of our home. Love Orchard Village! Coming from KC and unfamiliar with the area, the process could not have gone smoother. The girls in the office were all very polite and helpful! They really listened to me and helped place me with exactly what I needed! Driving in you can tell the maintenance care about this place, the upkeep is SO much better than a lot of places I have seen. I have ran into a lot of people walking around with their families in the evening and all have been so friendly. Very happy here and with my choice.
Shoutout to Sam! She was super patient, honest, and made the whole tour feel easy and comfortable. The property is beautiful too. Lots of green space, very pet friendly, and just had a great vibe overall.
