I have great memories here that I miss.
Moved in 2 months ago and I had problems my whole first month of living here. The management is very nice & helpful but for me to pay $1400 and have problems right away is crazy to me. I had to get my dishwasher & electric heater REPLACED. The light in my bedroom had to be REPLACED because it stopped working after a couple weeks. Had to get my washer fixed. I love the community here. It’s real pleasant the people are friendly. I never had an issue with the property. I really appreciate Wafaa for being understanding and making the atmosphere comfortable, she really made living here since 2023 great. Both Wafaa and Victoria have both not only been awesome but been there for emotional support as well which is rare for most property managers. I can honestly say i do feel like I’m home every time i walk into the property. Orchard Village is home.
I was paying $1500 in 2022. Now management is requesting $2000. I had to move out because they’re raising the price for no reason. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
When I was having some issues with the Air Wafaa and Chris were very helpful solving the problem. For those who love shopping the apartments are perfect also. The mall, Kroger, Meijer, Whole foods, and Walmart. The University is close also.
