Store organized and clean! Customer service great!
Went to Orchard Supply Hardware and asked for some help with supplies for my piggie pen. An associate named Dexter not only gave me many options and suggestions, he CUT the wood and BUILT the fence for me! He gave us a free piece of scrap wood, too, and helped take it to the car. Best customer service, EVER! Talk about above and beyond!

Just left Orchard Supply on Blackstone. Very disappointed in the customer service. Needed a part for an air compressor, asked representative if he help find the part... his reply was if we have it it’s over by the air compressors. No offer to look just turned around and walked off. Always had a good experience before. Won’t be back.

They are always friendly & willing to help. Most of the time they know the answers-unless you come in with something 'historically' obscure, & they want to learn right along with you!
