Before the big remodel and apparent change in managers, used to be a place where employees were glad to help and answer questions. Now they act as if they hate working there. And the fact that they wouldn't help a child who suffered a seizure and his mother? Absolutely appalling and unacceptable. Will steer clear of that place from now on, and will tell others there's better places to spend their hard-earned cash...

Will NOT go back! The sales staff/associates could care less. They can point you in the direction of what you are looking for, but God forbid they walk you over to the area you need and actually offer help! Not one employee seemed like they even wanted to be working there. To top it off, my epileptic son and his service dog were with me...my son had a drop seizure in the store and people walked by us, not ONE EMPLOYEE OFFERED ASSISTANCE. Simply the best place to shop! Love to come here kill time. I definitely love the smaller store format. People actually want to help unlike the the box stores. Would recommend to friends and family!
