I prefer this hardware store. It is the closest one to me living in west Arcadia. It's just a 2 or 3 exits west on the 210 fwy, exit Madre, go south to Colorado. My husband and I have found a variety of staples there, including rubbermade drawers and shelving units for my home-based business, stepping stool, and practical items for household equipment. It is smaller than mega-sized hardware store, which is more comfortable for me. It's easier to get in, find the stuff, and get out. The large ones can be a bit overwhelming.
everything you need and more Osh has everything yo need for your home improvement projects. They have tools, hardware, tool chests, faucets, lighting, plants, fertilizer, kitchen utensils, dishes, storage, you name it! They are very friendly and really want to help you! They have good prices too!
Customer service is key This place prides themselves on customer service. The two times I've been in here I've experienced none. They have a great selection of products, but if you leave feeling mad that you weren't treated well you aren't going to come back. I've noticed that they are very helpful if you are a man, but woman they aren't so helpful. I'll go to Home Depot from now on.
I would have given this 4 stars I would have given this place four stars, but the last time I was there a certain employee was just a nightmare. He didn't want to help, kept looking at his watch and when I asked for help he said "what?" like I was annoying him. Everyone else there was great, but that one person left such a negative impression on me. I'll probably go back, but I've been going to a different one in the meantime.

Step 1: OSH Sure, it's a mid-sized to large hardware store, but the customer service at this location is truly good. The associates are friendly and efficient. Each time I've been there I've been successful in finding someone to assist me. They have just about everything you need. Make step 1: OSH. You'll spend a lot less time in the long run. And...they're prices are competitive. Plus there's ample parking.

OSH is a cool hardware store. for me, it seems like it's a more "user friendly" place than, Home Depot, for instance, mostly because it's designed to have more eye candy than other stores.
