everything you need and more Osh has everything yo need for your home improvement projects. They have tools, hardware, tool chests, faucets, lighting, plants, fertilizer, kitchen utensils, dishes, storage, you name it! They are very friendly and really want to help you! They have good prices too!
Garden Service is Great This must be one of the "old fashioned" OSH stores left, in the good sense, since they always make sure you've been helped, their nursery is smaller than some OSH I've been to, but they are always healthy plants. Everything is very well organized here. PROS: Their return policy is great CONS:
Step 1: OSH Sure, it's a mid-sized to large hardware store, but the customer service at this location is truly good. The associates are friendly and efficient. Each time I've been there I've been successful in finding someone to assist me. They have just about everything you need. Make step 1: OSH. You'll spend a lot less time in the long run. And...they're prices are competitive. Plus there's ample parking.
OK This is an OK Orchard supply, although not as great of a selection as the ones I am used to. It's a little hard to get to, right off of the freeway. The garden supply area has some really great prices and selection for plans, though it is hard to grow much in the smoggy city of San Jose. Never go here Horrible service very bad went in to get some fish tape and they were total douches. I asked the guy to grab some fish tape when i got back he accused me of stealing.
This is a great place to get stuff to fix just about whatever it is that ails your home or garden. Of course I can only speak for the home improvement impaired as I do not have many skills in this arena. That is where the helpfulness of the staff definately comes in handy. They will help you pick out the right plumbing tool or find the perfect padlock. If you are lucky enough to have a garden, it looks like they have good stuff there too.
This is a great store for your hardware and home needs. They've got a small but decent gardening section with some fun plants and gardening items. They've got lots of paint supplies and equipment you'd need to fix up the home. I go there for little home things that I wouldn't know where to find elsewhere...most recently bought a garage door opener there.

... We come here mainly because Home Depot is so far away, and we can get in and out fairly quickly. The prices here are nose-bleed!! They have lots of workers, so I am sure that is why everything here is premium prices! Otherwise, I do like the store and the selection. Store is clean and everyone is helpful.
