What a beautiful store. I went in today with a mask on and wearing gloves. Clerks and some employees were not wearing masks. I offered to make a mask for the store workers. The clerk told me that she had access but didn't want to wear them. She told me that if you were on the floor as a worker you would probably wear one but she was behind her barrier. Bill Pollard and his team tonight were terrific! They helped me with a couple challenges and w such cheerful genuine attitudes. The lady at the courtesy desk went above and beyond. Can’t recall her name or the young lady at the counter who was on the team.
Love this store
Just called Orchard to check on their availability of garden fencing. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in garden so I called the main operator who found someone for me to talk to directly. He literally walked to the area and described every possible fencing they had in stock. He told me where to come into the store when I got there. Now that’s customer service!!!!! No more Home Depot for me. Thanks Peter!

I really like the new OSH! I go in there at least once a week with my dog. Always something to do. I only gave 4 stars because they had all the xmas stuff out like 2 weeks ago!
