I buy from OSH a lot...I live near by. Yesterday I bought a polesaw there--they only had 2 kind of bent boxes, so I asked an employee if they could have been returned. He assured me that they were just from the bottom of the pallet and definitely had not been used. He lied. It has oil all over it and the plastic bag with the instructions is ripped open. I know i can get my money back, but am more upset that the guy flat out lied. He could have said, "maybe." I would not pay $99 for a used polesaw.
