I cannot say enough positive things about Kyle one of the maintenance employee’s at Orchard Square. He responds in a timely manner, completes tasks quick and efficiently and willing to answer any questions you may have. Last but not least, very friendly and has a professional welcoming attitude. Amazing apartment complex! Eileen and Dina has been the best leasing agent they are very caring and always here to help us with anything we need or have questions about and made us feel right at home! Maintenance has always been amazing especially Kyle he has been right on top of everything and had been a great help with our maintenance requests!!

Amazing apartment complex. Maintenance guy Kyle is amazing. Very fast and efficient. Takes the time to explain and very helpful. Eileen and Dina from the front office helped us find our unit here and we love it so far. Favorite apartment I have ever lived in!
