Kyle from the maintenance crew is such a great help . He Kept a smile on his face the entire time . Gave great advice on not over loading the washer and dryer. Took his time with fixing all my problems. Thanks again Kyle
We recently had the pleasure of living at this complex, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From day one, Eileen has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. The moving in process was really smooth and we had a pleasure working with her. Eileen always making sure we feel at home. The property itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to come back to every day. Huge thank you to Kyle and Steve, they are incredible and ready to help any time.

I have lived at Orchard Square apartments for a little over a year now since February 2024 and I have to say that Kyle and Steve are an incredible duo as the maintenance crew! They go above and beyond for every call made or message left and respond with urgency! They are also very genuinely kind and caring individuals.
