Many thanks to Kyle of the maintenance team for his great job taking care of my maintenance issues. I left a non urgent message over the weekend. He promptly arrived this early this morning and took care of everything. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. Fixed the issue without any problems. I know I can rely on the team here at Orchard Square to take care of issues right away. KL
We have lived at this complex for a few years now. I have nothing but great things to say, the maintenance guys work very hard to keep everything in check and are very quick to help. Kyle is a huge help for us, anything goes wrong or just questions he is right there to help out. Highly recommend.
Kyle from the maintenance crew is such a great help . He Kept a smile on his face the entire time . Gave great advice on not over loading the washer and dryer. Took his time with fixing all my problems. Thanks again Kyle
We recently had the pleasure of living at this complex, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From day one, Eileen has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. The moving in process was really smooth and we had a pleasure working with her. Eileen always making sure we feel at home. The property itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to come back to every day. Huge thank you to Kyle and Steve, they are incredible and ready to help any time.
