We had an issue with out electric very early in the morning. Kyle came out promptly to fix the problem. Kyle and Steve are great; we are very thankful to have them here. We’ve lived here for years and love it. Miss Eileen, Steve, and Kyle really make it such a nice community. They are so kind to our daughter and she really thinks of them as her friends. Anytime we need a hand with maintenance the guys are there right away, totally recommend this complex for families.
I am so glad to live at Orchard Square. The prep notifications from Eileen were very helpful and informative during the recent snowstorm January 23 24th . Steve and Kyle seemed to be out there 24 -7, always shoveling and moving the snow around to clear out the areas needed for access. A wonderful team!
Eileen, Steve and Kyle are the best, and the property shows it! They are always helpful and efficient. The apartments and property are beautiful and the neighbors are great!
Orchard Square is a wonderful community — clean, well maintained, and comfortable to live in. I especially want to recognize Eileen Wilcox, the Community Manager. She is extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any question or concern. Eileen is very responsive and truly cares about the residents, which makes a big difference. Thanks to her, living at Orchard Square feels easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!
