Tonight was a terrible experience. we arrived at 3:15 for an early dinner date. Ordered an appetizer and our main course. Took 20 minutes just for the app to come out and another 45 for our food. My husband ordered the special bangers and mash and I just got some ahi from the appetizer menu. Amazing food and staff was great
the easter dinner meal was a bust, very very small portions and the small amount of prime rib was super fatty like more fat then meat, we went here because it was highly recommend from a friend, it could be that the restaurant is great but after buying 4 dinners togo and one meal my toddler finished and asked what else we had to eat? He is 5 and weighs 35lbs
This establishment is THE place to be for quality food, ambiance & entertainment.
Mothers Day Buffett was awful, prime rib was cold breakfast part was terrible
Not for Valentine’s Day Dinner
My friend and I met here this week for a business meeting. The place was packed and we did not have reservations. Our server, Crystal immediately greeted us in our prime location in the 1580 Lounge. She explained the menu and offered many drink pairings. You were made to feel like family - who offers hot, clean towels?!?! Drinks were mixed well and delivered quickly. The food was 5 star and we could tell she cares for her guests. Be sure to ask for Crystal!
We have eaten at the Orchards many many times over the years and have also enjoyed our dining experience on New Years eve with their special menu. The food and presentation was always excellent. This past 31 December 2019 was not enjoyable at all thanks to server Heather. She neglected to bring all that was included as part of the New Years eve celebration meal (complimentary liquid and appetizer).
