I was walking by Orchard Park Townhomes recently and noticed that the dog stations were in very poor condition. The area appeared unclean and not well maintained, which is concerning for both pet safety and overall community standards. Dog stations should be clean, stocked, and properly maintained for residents to use responsibly, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case during my visit. I've lived here for 23yrs. The only complaint that I have is that there's no Pool or Fitness Center. The neighborhood is Peaceful. Great place to Raise kids

We’ve lived at Orchard Park for many years. We have had many different Maintenance Workers over that time period. Our current maintenance worker, Daniel, has been here over the past few years has gone above and beyond to take care of us in our apartment. Always willing to help, no matter what the issue, in a timely manner and gets it done properly the first time. We truly appreciate Daniel and his work.

Orchard Park Apartments is a very clean, beautiful, and nice place to live. I have been living here for the past few months, and the management team is the best I've experience, there is a playground for your little ones. The area is fabulous as it has many shopping plazas. This area is also right next to Irvine Valley College.
