Orchard Park is amazing! They have done so many updates in the past few months. It is important to the staff that their renters are satisfied and pleased with the way things are run as far as maintenance and upkeep of the apartments. You can't get any better as far as a manager either, Evangeline High knows her stuff and really cares about doing her job in a professional manner. I highly recommend anyone needing a great place to live, to choose Orchard Park!

I love the staff. They are all so nice. They keep our buildings clean. They keep the outside maintained great. The pool is always clean in the summer. If I ever have an issue that needs to be fixed it is most likely done that day. The staff is upgrading the apartments as they can and they look amazing. Glad to call this place home.
It's a nice place friendly staff, but maintenance is a little slow
I moved in a few weeks ago the office staff is great although it's taken a few days for maintenance to get to my issues I've really enjoyed my apartment and the property friendliness
