We have been taking our dog, Ginger, there for roughly 13 years and never had an issue with staff, advice given, etc. Yesterday, we had to put our sweet baby down and Dr. Wentz and Nicole were the best. They were so very kind and understanding. It was so tough and they simply were amazing. We definitely recommend OPAH for your fur babies.
The entire staff is top notch. Always providing the best care possible. You all are like family and we're so blessed and thankful for the great care you always provide. Baby Doll's resting comfortably after her visit with Dr. Brett today. Thank you so much. ❤🐕🐾❤🐕🐾
The staff and Doctors are wonderful here. The clinic is always very clean inside and out.
The ladies at the front desk told me to come in immediately even though they did not have openings when I called about my dog having severe issues. Dr. Wentz, Brittany and Nicole all went above and beyond in diagnosing her. They were thorough and got my pup on the mend quickly. They truly care about their patients and families. Orchard Park has a customer for life.
i love this place!! they were so nice and thorough. they were keen on not giving my baby a ton of meds. called less than a week later to check up on her. i give this place 6 out 5 stars!!!
