RecommendedWe recently added a new pomeranian puppy to our family. Today he suddenly became sick, drooling uncontrollably and just seemed very ill. I first called WH animal hospital and they told me they were booked and there was nothing they could do for me. At this point i was questioning if my puppy would live and they did not care. So i called orchard park, and they got my pup right in. The staff was wonderful! Thank you guys for getting my baby into the office. Y’all are awesome.
The most caring vets and staff I have known I want to express Mango’s Doctor, Dr. Terry she is an amazing vet and she has even gotten down to Mango’s level to check him out. And especially today as I had to put my baby to rest. Dr Terry and sorry I didn’t get name of tech were very compassionate and stayed with me to the end. Cannot thank them enough
Dr Brett takes care of my rabbits and he’s great! I’ve been going here for about two years and this is much more affordable than the last vet I was at and still receive amazing care! My poor guy, Prince, came from a hoarder and had been bit in the eye, dr Brett had him fixed up in no time!
My first experience with Orchard Park was today. I am 9 months pregnant and had a 9 week old puppy and an 18 month old toddler with me. Not only were they super fantastic to my dog but when my toddler had her melt down of the century they took the time out of their day to help calm her down. It made me feel right at home. I can not praise this office enough.
I’m very thankful to Dr. Brett Houlberg for zeroing in on our Canon’s potential serious medical issue, explaining everything to us and recommending next steps. All the staff at Orchard very caring. 10 out of 10!
I recently lost my baby Smokey. I was doing CPR on him while driving, and I got him to the hospital asap. I was taken care of even though it was 45 minutes before they closed. They were wonderful....from the receptionist to the vet. I cannot thank Dr. Houlberg, Brittany, Holli and Tia enough for trying to save my sweet boy. My husband and I cannot thank you all enough for trying. Even though he is gone, we find comfort in knowing we did as much as we could. God Bless you all! -Beth and Craig Cottrell
