RecommendedNot a bad place. Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath for a great deal. I rarely hear my neighbors. But when you live in an apartment it’s common. There’s no one begging for cigarettes, once I smelled pot coming from the vent but haven’t since. And the dog restriction comment, my dog is on it but she is an emotional support dog. I have PTSD, depression and anxiety, and she helps. And when i did her paperwork I was told she wasn’t the only one, so the others could be a service/ emotion support dog as well. Worse place to live. Drug infested, crazy people and a bunch of low life-low income scumbags. Management does nothing about the noise that won’t stop with these tenants, the tenants that blast music in the parking lot, the crazies who sit outside begging for cigarettes, the dogs that aren’t supposed to be here due to being on the breed restricted list and a ton of other things. Do not move into these apartments you will most definitely regret it!!!
I recently moved in, Karla was very helpful. She made the process a lot easier and smoother. I would definitely recommend this community to all my family and friends.

Poorest management company I have ever dealt with in twenty years of apartment living. Was without electricity and hot water for nearly two weeks. Entire building is electric and stairwells were dangerous without light as you can imagine. No safety lights. Crappy parking offered. Washer and dryer units have issues. Rent is way too high for such SMALL apartment units. But the management is pathetic.
