It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a hold of anyone from this department. Been trying to make an appointment with my obgyn but their offices are always closed??? Their hours don’t match on what’s on the Kaiser website. This is so frustrating.
They will look for any reason to deny you care.
I have called this office multiple times a week for several months. My primary has written me multiple referrals, as well as the doctor who oversaw my last miscarriage. Today, I called an appointment scheduler at Kaiser, and we spent 45 minutes trying to contact them and escalate the situation.
