I have called this office multiple times a week for several months. My primary has written me multiple referrals, as well as the doctor who oversaw my last miscarriage. Today, I called an appointment scheduler at Kaiser, and we spent 45 minutes trying to contact them and escalate the situation. I love Kaiser but today was my first bad experience. I came and the nurse was like "oh do u need to empty ur bladder?" I was like "no but I have to change my pad" and she was like ok go to the restroom..... I went to the restroom and I ended up peeing and I told her and she said oh ok good then the doctor comes....he puts the vaginal device in me to start the biopsy then begins to swab me with iodine and then instart to feel pain and then says ure gonna feel a pinch (felt more like a tug and twist) THEN he asked the nurse " ... read more
