The office management is extremely rude and unprofessional, the maintenance team for the most part is absolutely stellar. I'm not sure why but the apartment complex ALWAYS has police pulling g up and having situations with the neighbors. The place overall is a nice place to live but all things considered makes it uncomfortable to be in your own home
Any problem I have is taken care of right away and the staff are very nice and helpful 3-28-2025 The best maintenance team ever, shout out to Jeff the supervisor…he really cares about the residents and so does his team. They are always friendly and helpful!! Also to Mikayla the office manager and the office staff. Things are smooth and it’s a pleasure speaking with them. Always helpful!!
This is by far one of the most beautiful and well maintained apartment complexes I’ve had the pleasure working with . I highly recommend Orchard Hills to be the place you choose to live. Thank you to Jeff and Michaela for effective communication skills and exceeding expectations when it comes to satisfying the tenets who live at Orchard Hills!
Michaela and Jeff have been great to work with, and I am very pleased with how clean the property is!
