I have lived here for about three years and I love it. The office staff has been helpful and friendly. Jeremiah has been amazing with my lease renewal and took the time to answer all my questions. The maintenance crew is awesome, friendly and takes care of all requests. Neighbors are great and the complex is very clean and quiet.
Been living here for 2 months and this is the best property so far. Spacious 1 bedroom, amenities are always clean, friendly leasing office and if you call or text them, they respond quick. Safe area, plenty of parking inside complex and also gated. I do see rats over at the pool area by my building. One of the rat went into my crocs and luckily I saw it when I was in the pool so no one got hurt. Hopefully something can be done abt the rats but other than that I have no cons Overall everything is great :)
The self-guided tour allowed me to view the apartments at my own pace. The app was a little hard to use but the leasing staff helped me. I saw three one-bedroom floorplan options and each floorplan had its positives. Brian reached out to me by phone after the tour and I was able to communicate my priorities for choosing a unit directly to him. He is going to help me find what I'm looking for. I hope to relocate to Orchard Hills soon. Beautiful property.
We had a great experience living at Orchard Hills Apartment Homes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the community facilities were always in excellent condition. The leasing office and maintenance staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our family truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!
I wanted to mention what a great maintenance team they have at Orchard Hills Apartments! They are incredibly polite and very skilled. They have addressed a few different issues, and each time, they have been thorough and ensured the work was done correctly and as efficiently as possible. I've lived here for nearly 15 years and It's reassuring to have such a great crew available when needed.
