Love this restaurant and the staff
What a beautiful atmosphere, small menu but exciting choices and exceptional service. Ochard Green is an upscale restaurant but moderately priced.. The desserts are wonderful! We had an appetizer, French onion soup , two entrees, one cocktail, two beers, two desserts and an espresso.The total bill with 20% tip was $136.
We loved our experience at this downtown Iowa City upscale restaurant. From the lounge downstairs to the elegant dining area upstairs, everything was top notch. They did an outstanding job with the presentation of the plate and every bite was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try another dish. I highly recommend the Asian Sea Bass. My other half ordered the Whitefish and it too was also delicious! Oh wait, we can’t forget about the yummy balsamic Brussels sprouts.😋

We had a 8 pm reservation for 2 and did not get seated until after 9 pm. When we were seated there were tables available so there was no reason for the wait. We waited and waited and got an incorrect appetizer after 10 pm. After waiting some more we gave up on the place and got food elsewhere. Worst dining experience I have ever had at a “nice” restaurant and first time we just had to leave a place.
Food was impressive and surprisingly large proportions! Excellent.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Orchard Green. The food and the service was top notch. I strongly recommend this restaurant
