Overall 3/5 Property maintenance and parking: 5/5 Leasing office and property management: 2/5 Services and requests from property: 2/5 I had a lot of back and forth with property management on numerous requests/issues. A little bit more painstaking to deal with but overall got handled but not in an efficient manner. Property itself is fair compared to others in the area and it is in a great location, but property management was less than helpful in most requests/complaints to resolve.
SO MUCH PARKING in addition to assigned parking. Great service and response to maintenance requests. The grounds are well maintained and leasing office is open all throughout the week. We have a dog that loves to walk around with SO much grass to cater to our fur babies. Also private communal access to the pedestrian bridge to walk across to the park! Definitely want to give a shoutout to Bryan and the rest of the maintenance team. Have enjoyed living here so far.
Always had a great experience with the maintenance team here. They are prompt, polite, and got the job done smoothly. Really appreciate the professionalism and helpful attitude. Thank you for the great service! Bryan, and the other gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) are super awesome (:
