I went at the wrong time (I no longer can trust my memory) and they were so understanding and accommodating. They fit me in later in the day so I wouldn't miss my cleaning.
In all areas I would recommend Charles Dental Group. "Group" says it all - they all work very well together, I have never been disappointed. So if you are looking for a really good group of professional's that do GREAT dental work give them a call you will not be disappointed!!!
They always treat me like royalty and are absolutely the very best there is.
My appointment had very little waiting time. As always the service and assistance was wonderful.
Dr. Charles has been my dentist for about 25 years and has worked miracles for my smile! I was born with not great teeth and through the years he has given me a smile I am proud of, finally! The fact that they are able to make crowns while the patients are in the office is truly a miracle and saves so much time and stress. The office staff is easy to work with and the assistants are wonderful as well. I'm so grateful for everyone at the Charles Dental group and tell everyone about them!

I had been putting off dental work I needed done for over a year. I finally saved enough to meet my copay and made an appointment. I was seen within 5 business days and all the work was done with in 6 business days. They are Awesome. I told them I was really anxious about getting so much work done and they were very kind, gentle and reassuring. I highly recommend this dental practice. 5 stars!
