What a wonderful experience. I have had a few bad experiences at a different practice in the past and was feeling a bit "anxious". Every step was thoroughly explained. The equipment was modern and efficient. I had a partial crown because they believe in saving as much of the tooth as possible. The crown was made right there while I watched TV from my chair. I was impressed by the time the Dr. and staff took to understand my needs. They seem to genuinely want to get to know their patients and what is important to them in a dental experience. I have only had my initial appointment so far, but expect my next one to go well based on my first visit.
Wonderful staff and dentist. I was nervous about switching from my dentist who I had been seeing for the last 10 years. But, the staff and Dr. Krauls were so wonderful, and I'm so happy to be at this new clinic!
