Superb service following an accident
I always look forward to my dental visits! How many patients make that claim about their dentist? Dr. Marolt and his staff geniunely care about my dental health. They use current technology, both dental and administrative. I really appreciate the email/cell phone appointment reminders!

Saw Dr. Kauls and hygenist Vicki today for my semi-annual dental exam. They always aim to make the experience most comfortable for the patient/customer and explain procedures in a way that is easy to understand. Thanks for the professionalism and I'll see you in another 6 months!

I recognize some customers fail to meet their appointment obligations. 4 notices for an appointment, plus a survey is what we call MUDA in manufacturing...Waste that customers are not willing to pay for....
Dr. Marolt and his staff are amazing. They are incredibly skilled, very pleasant, and take the time to talk with you about every procedure and question that you might have. I can not imagine having a more positive experience at the dentist! I will be a patient here for as long as I have teeth, which I anticipate being about the next 50 years!
