Always has apartments listed, but as far as knowing if they're available you have to call. No different than doing your own leg work.
I've been a resident at the Orchard for over 6 years and, personally, I am very happy here. The location is very convenient and close to public transit and the current management has been very caring and efficient. In the last couple of years, the complex has become gated and as of today we can enjoy the use of a newly constructed beautiful clubhouse.
