I've been a resident at the Orchard for over 6 years and, personally, I am very happy here. The location is very convenient and close to public transit and the current management has been very caring and efficient. In the last couple of years, the complex has become gated and as of today we can enjoy the use of a newly constructed beautiful clubhouse.
If I could give ZERO stars I would !! These Senior living apartment homes SUCK, This complex Should have some kind of buttons that tenants can press in the apartment in the walk ways or something in case or emergency or if their in some kind of trouble they are ELDERS, but they don’t! My Father passed away here in December after experiencing a ruptured shunt in a major artery, bless his heart and life, he bled to death all over his apartment, and all the while I sit here and beat myself up that I didn’t get him a life alert ... read more
