Wonderful experience! Clean and professional office space and a responsive support team.
Owned and operated by a local brother-sister duo. Michelle and JW are in a different world compared to other management companies - because they aren't. They're local people, running a good place. So many of my friends leasing places have such a negative relationships with their landlords and that's the opposite here. Heck, I'd let them take me to a Seahawks game even! ;) But really, it's always a good conversation and focused on problem solving. Couldn't recommend them more.
This is a great place to lease from. They have a wide variety of businesses and worked with us during the pandemic. The landlords are helpful and friendly. Georgetown is a fun area of Seattle.
