Orcanit Wellness has been such a grounding part of my healing journey over the past year. During a challenging period of burnout, stress, and mental health crises, working with Chrystian and Dr. Dan helped me regulate and feel connected to myself again. I was initially reluctant to try the Qigong class due to having minimal patience, and a short attention span. Dr. Dan and Chrystian gently encouraged me to join numerous times, and were patient while I dragged my feet to find a time in my calendar. The environment of the Qigong class was warm and welcoming. Within the first two minutes of the sequence, I could immediately tell how relaxing the process was going to be; it was so soothing and calmed me down, and is akin to an active relaxation.
