We’re currently building with Orbit Homes and it’s been a really good experience so far. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews because we haven’t had any major issues. Also read someone complaining about Tatjana… not sure what planet they’re on—she’s been the MVP of our build. If anything, Orbit should be cloning her. This is our fourth build with different volume builders, and Orbit has actually been one of the better ones. Very Greedy company. Charge thousands for minor Alterations.
Orbit Homes has built my house in the wrong location and is now trying to avoid responsibility by shifting the blame to the developer, who has no involvement in the construction process. Afterwards, they don't reply to my emails. I do not recommend for this builder at all.
Our journey started 6 months ago, we decided that purchasing an established property in the greater Brisbane area was out of reach. We originally looked at building with Brighton homes but was disappointed with the delay in communication between sales reps and us. We walked into the Orbit display village in Springfield and met Daniel, whom I warmed to right away.
