Very disappointed with my experience with Orbit Homes. The service after handover was particularly poor, and it was difficult to get proper support when issues needed attention. Building a home is a major investment, and I expected much better professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the after-handover service was really bad.
Would not recommend anyone to build with orbit. The quality of work we received for a half a million dollar house has been substandard. Since moving in in October we have had 2 leaking sink, one broken rear screen door, multiple PowerPoint's that dont work, as well as general poor trademanship and finishes. throughout. We have tried reaching out to Orbit since moving in to have the sinks repaired and the cabinetry (which has swelled due to the water damage) since October. We’re currently building with Orbit Homes and it’s been a really good experience so far. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews because we haven’t had any major issues. Also read someone complaining about Tatjana… not sure what planet they’re on—she’s been the MVP of our build. If anything, Orbit should be cloning her. This is our fourth build with different volume builders, and Orbit has actually been one of the better ones.
