We’re currently building with Orbit Homes and it’s been a really good experience so far. I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews because we haven’t had any major issues. Also read someone complaining about Tatjana… not sure what planet they’re on—she’s been the MVP of our build. If anything, Orbit should be cloning her. Very Greedy company. Charge thousands for minor Alterations.
Orbit Homes has built my house in the wrong location and is now trying to avoid responsibility by shifting the blame to the developer, who has no involvement in the construction process. Afterwards, they don't reply to my emails. I do not recommend for this builder at all.
