Very disappointing… We built couple houses with orbit homes in Brisbane, recently our new dream home built in Greenbank wasn’t even completed, Alarm system installed by orbit without given how to use Ceiling mounts are on different places Camera wires are blocked with bricks Builder didn’t work with pool company, and putting house way higher than the pool. Very disappointed with my experience with Orbit Homes. The service after handover was particularly poor, and it was difficult to get proper support when issues needed attention. Building a home is a major investment, and I expected much better professionalism and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, the after-handover service was really bad.

Would not recommend anyone to build with orbit. The quality of work we received for a half a million dollar house has been substandard. Since moving in in October we have had 2 leaking sink, one broken rear screen door, multiple PowerPoint's that dont work, as well as general poor trademanship and finishes. throughout. We have tried reaching out to Orbit since moving in to have the sinks repaired and the cabinetry (which has swelled due to the water damage) since October.
