Oragantan HVAC cannot be trusted. As indicated below, they installed a OEM/variable speed blower motor at a cost of $1,571 on July 31, 2021. Seventy eight (78) days later on October 18, 2021, due to the fact that the system wasn't blowing heated air, the Orangatan technician checked on the system and informed me that among other things, the "blower housing, wheel, and assembly needs cleaned. Frank Zuckerbrow Orangutan installed the Trane top of the line with a furnace. The unit n the garage is the wrong size. The outside condensing unit installed right next to the dryer vent.. A lint trap. The platform the condensing unit sits on is also the wrong size. I just had the unit serviced by a reputable company. Most installers call the orangutan the THREE MONKEYS.
