Ok, granted I just started (2 classes in), but I have to say I've never liked working out that much, but with Tony as my Head Coach I stay motivated the whole class and push myself more then I ever have. I love the environment, the music, and the workouts. The coaches make everything so much easier, make sure my form is correct, and really keep me going when I would have normally have quit and gone to sit on the couch.
