I have been to a number of different studios from Cali to Chicago to Michigan, and have attended nearly 50 classes. I mean this with a full chest when I say: Freyja is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I only dropped in to this studio for one class a few weeks ago, and if I ever move back to Michigan for good, this will be my spot. I love group fitness and Orange Theory is better than anything I’ve tried before. I’ve been going for over a year now and I am still so motivated to get splat points, the coaches are always helpful and I always leave feeling like I’ve gotten in such a great workout.
