Terrible experience, would not recommend this location and will not be back. I booked the free trial class online and was excited to try the gym and potentially but a package of class sessions. Everything was going okay until when they were asking about what gym I currently go to, they then switches attitudes completely telling me i will have to pay since my zip code is not the same as the location. I have been going to OTF for about seven years and have attended classes at more studios than I can count all over the US. I can say with confidence, the Grandville studio specifically is an absolute gem in Grand Rapids but maybe one of the best I have been to anywhere. The coaches and the culture this studio has is like no other. I came back after having two babies via c-section and have been struggling to figure out how my body works again. I have been to a number of different studios from Cali to Chicago to Michigan, and have attended nearly 50 classes. I mean this with a full chest when I say: Freyja is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I only dropped in to this studio for one class a few weeks ago, and if I ever move back to Michigan for good, this will be my spot.
