I have been to a number of different studios from Cali to Chicago to Michigan, and have attended nearly 50 classes. I mean this with a full chest when I say: Freyja is the best coach I’ve ever worked with. I only dropped in to this studio for one class a few weeks ago, and if I ever move back to Michigan for good, this will be my spot.
